We offer 2 ways of shipping - Standard and DHL.
Standard shipping
- Standard means Registered Airmail (Recommande) - recepient has
to sign for delivery.
- Price is flat 15EUR.
- Packages have number that can be used for search but not for online international tracking.
- Standard orders are prepared for shipping in about 3 business days.
DHL
- We use DHL Express service.
- Price is flat 80EUR.
- Packages can be tracked online at www.dhl.com
- DHL orders are prepared for shipping in about 2 business days.
If you want DHL shipping please use "Add to Cart" the "DHL shipping
upgrade" for 65EUR. The total shipping is then 80EUR (our PayPal
account doesn't allow to define more shipping methods).
Reclaim policy
We test all devices before shipping, in case you get broken
piece we need it back to analyse what went wrong. We then
send a new piece.
FAQ
- We are not iPhone unlock company, we don't know anything about this,
we don't have iPhones, we cannot help. Turbo SIM produced since 2004 has been
discovered by community it can be used to trick iPhone but we are just
producer of Turbo SIM.
- Packages are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic, EU.
- Personal pickup is not possible, sorry.
- We do not cheat on invoices nor customs declaration, please don't request this.
- All prices include 20% EU VAT.
